The liquefied SO3 is then taken to a product storage tank from which tankers are filled using Intermediate Lorry Filing Tanks. 10 Economic Considerations For any Sulphuric Acid plant, the production of liquid SO3 is more profitable and hence the objective is to maximise the production of SO3.
